The Fired Up Star opened up his basement for a beautiful rustic fashion photoshoot. Eric Christian Olsen has appeared in an abundance of films and also has a recurring role on funny or die as Perry Hilton.

Who is your inspiration?
Gandhi. Rick Moranis, Steve Guttenberg, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Little bow wow.

Tell me about your hometown. Where are you from?
Bettendorf , Iowa. best hometown ever...with the exception of maybe wherever Natalie Portman grew up so we could date, go to prom, and make sweet love at the Econolodge on 53rd.

You used to play hockey, do you still play?
I haven't played since my freshman year at Hope College in Michigan when i broke my tibula, fibula and a little piece of my heart now baby.

Where are you living now?
Downtown Los Angles. In a loft. With my 11 cats and my iguana jaun valdez that I tell all my secrets too.

How has downtown changed in the past couple of years?
60 percent conversion to gentrification. Great architecture, restaurants, whiskey bars, hand jobs parlors. Wait...?

Where are some of your favorite places to hang out?
Malibu, Vancouver, Jackson Hole, and that Coffee Bean on Sunset Blvd with Chad Michael Murray.

What is your ethnic background?
Norwegian, like 100%. 3 generations removed from the homeland, but continued Nordic inbreeding in Iowa and Minnesota. Good Cheekbones, subpar qualitative thinking.

What was your big break?

Tell us about filming the shorts on Funny or Die. What is it like to work with Will Ferrell?
Love those guys! They are operating on a whole other level. I would do anything for them. If they asked me to powerwash a driveway in hotpants and floaties I would do it.

Tell us about your role on Fired up? Do you think you are anything like your character, Nick Brady?
Except for the fact that there is a decade difference in age we are pretty much the identical. he's overly confident, obnoxiously verbose, and not as good looking as he thinks he is.

What is a typical day in your life like?
GYM by 6 am, Kafka, Emerson, and Sontag while I'm on the treadmill. Breakfast with my writing partner to work on the funniest pilot and buddy comedy ever made. Go make breakfast for my supermodel girlfriend that sleeps till noon cause she's got a coke problem and may be dating Christian Slater behind my back.

Development meeting and auditions before lunch. Usually lunch with agent or manager or lawyer or accountant or publicist to discuss how much money I owe them. More meetings and auditions, go home and read all the terrible scripts that they want me for and the great ones that they want James McAvoy for. Rinse, dry. repeat.

What are some things that you like to do for fun?
Surfing, biking, hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, photography, movies, literature, making love after midnight

What would be your dream role?
One of the Germans in Beerfest. I've peaked man, I’ve peeeeeaked!

What are your favorite restaurants?
HAMA sushi. Don’t go there it's small and I want to get a table without waiting for you and your stylish friends with better haircuts. Gills Indian food. Pitfire pizza. Ma petit. Taverna tonys. Senor Fish. St Nicks burger. Cha cha chicken. Bay Cities deli.

Who are your favorite fashion designers?
Spindle and Canister. John Varvatos. Ever, Cloudveil, Napapjiri ,Northface, Nike. Paper and denim jeans, Burton socks.

What do you have to say to your fans?
Hillary Duff is a liar and a whore! I have the best fans ever!; because these people know how to laugh and at the end of the day that may be the most important element in the pursuit of happiness. I shit you not. happiness if the journey so we best start rocking this bitch! Party at the moon tower!!! who's with me?!?!?
